I didn't come to coaching from theory — I came to it from watching, up close, how far apart a life can look from how it actually feels. For over three decades, I built a career in entertainment — from music publishing in New York to founding and selling my own film and TV music company, then twenty-four years as a marketing executive at a film studio. What stayed with me longest was the people: developing and mentoring others, helping them move past self-doubt and perfectionism. I saw again and again that achievement and peace don't automatically travel together — and that gap is where meaningful work happens.
I recently retired from that career — and coaching is where I've chosen to go next.
My coaching is grounded in staying curious about what sits beneath the problem a client brings to a session, rather than rushing to solve the version of it they arrive with. In practice, that means we don't just talk about what's in front of you — we look at the stories, patterns, and parts of yourself that are actually driving you, so the shift you make is one that lasts.

MY COACHING APPROACH
-

Awareness
We start by exploring where you are, and what you want — not the version you think you're supposed to want.
-

Insight
Together we look at the beliefs and stories running underneath the surface question, so we're working with the real thing, not just its symptoms
-

Growth
Insight becomes action. You leave each session with something concrete to carry forward, not just something interesting to think about.
